Global Network

Edu2Future works with a carefully selected network of sub-agents and institutional partners who share our commitment to ethical practice, student success, and professional standards. We are not looking for volume. We are looking for the right partners — people and organizations who take international education seriously and represent students and institutions with integrity.

If that describes you, we would welcome the conversation.

For Sub-Agents

Become an Edu2Future
Partner Agent

We work with sub-agents across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Our partnerships are structured, documented, and built on mutual accountability. We do not work with agents informally — every partnership is formalized through a signed agreement with clear terms, responsibilities, and commission structures.

What We Look For in a Partner Agent
  • Demonstrated experience in international student counseling or education recruitment
  • A professional, student-first approach to advising
  • Ability to prepare and submit accurate, complete student documentation
  • Knowledge of at least one key international student market
  • Willingness to work within Edu2Future's ethical recruitment standards and institutional requirements
  • Strong communication in English — Arabic fluency is an advantage
What We Offer Partner Agents
  • Access to a strong and growing portfolio of university and institutional partners across the USA, Canada, Europe, Malaysia, and Turkey
  • Clear, structured commission agreements with transparent payment terms
  • Full application support — we work alongside you on every student file
  • Training and onboarding on our processes, partner institutions, and student requirements
  • Co-branded marketing materials and institutional presentations
  • Regular updates on partner institutions, scholarship programs, and market developments
  • Direct support from our Michigan and Saudi Arabia teams
  • A genuine long-term relationship — not a transactional referral arrangement

Our Sub-Agent Partnership Process

1

Application

Submit your partnership application including your agency details, years of experience, active markets, and the types of students you work with.

2

Review & Reference Check

We review every application carefully. We conduct reference checks and may request documentation confirming your agency's registration, credentials, or prior institutional relationships.

3

Introduction Call

If your application meets our standards, we schedule an introduction call to understand your operation, discuss expectations, and answer your questions.

4

Agreement & Onboarding

If we are a mutual fit, we formalize the partnership through a signed sub-agent agreement. We then onboard you on our processes, introduce you to our institutional portfolio, and begin working together.

5

Ongoing Partnership

We work alongside you on every student case, provide regular communication and updates, and build the relationship over time. We expect professionalism, accuracy, and transparency — and we deliver the same in return.

Important: Edu2Future does not accept applications from agents who operate without transparency, submit inaccurate student documentation, or engage in practices that compromise student welfare. We take our ICEF accreditation and British Council certification seriously — and we expect our partners to uphold the same standards.

For Universities & Institutions

Explore an
Institutional Partnership

If your institution is looking to build a sustainable international student pipeline, establish a presence in the Saudi Arabian market, or partner with a U.S.-based ICEF-accredited agency that understands both sides of the equation — we would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can work together.

We work best with institutions that value quality over volume, are committed to long-term market development, and are looking for a genuine partner — not a short-term numbers arrangement.

What We Offer Institutional Partners
  • Student recruitment and pipeline development across Saudi Arabia, GCC, Jordan, Southeast Asia, and North Africa
  • Market representation and on-the-ground presence in Saudi Arabia
  • School engagement activities through the WorldBridge School Partnership Program
  • Structured student screening and pre-arrival preparation
  • Sub-agent network management on behalf of the institution
  • Arabic-language student outreach and marketing support
  • Enrollment reporting and performance tracking
  • Ongoing communication and relationship management
What We Ask of Institutional Partners
  • A commitment to supporting international students from admission through graduation
  • Transparent communication on admission requirements, tuition, scholarships, and institutional expectations
  • Timely responses to student applications and agent inquiries
  • A willingness to engage in market development activities including campus visits, virtual sessions, and school engagement events

Our Institutional Partnership Process

1

Initial Inquiry

Contact us or complete our institutional partnership inquiry form. Tell us about your institution, your current international enrollment, and your goals.

2

Discovery Call

We schedule a call to understand your institution's programs, entry requirements, scholarship availability, and target markets.

3

Market & Fit Assessment

We assess whether there is a genuine student market fit between your institution and the markets we operate in. We are honest at this stage — if the fit is not right, we will tell you.

4

Agreement

If both parties are ready to proceed, we formalize the partnership through a signed agreement covering recruitment scope, commission structure, responsibilities, and reporting expectations.

5

Market Activation

We begin market activation — student outreach, school engagement, sub-agent briefings, and targeted recruitment aligned with your intake calendar.

Our Standards

Edu2Future operates under ICEF Agency Accreditation and British Council UK Agent Certification. Every partnership we enter — whether with a sub-agent or an institution — is held to the same professional standard. We do not compromise on ethical practice, student welfare, or transparency.

We believe the best partnerships are built on trust, honest communication, and a shared commitment to student success. If those are your values too, we want to hear from you.
